1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Peter Kypri’s services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

2. Description of Services
Peter Kypri ("Coach") offers:

• 1:1 life/business coaching sessions (in-person in Johannesburg or virtual).

• Group coaching workshops.

• Accountability partnerships.
  Coaching focuses on mindset, strategy, and goal achievement. It is NOT therapy, counselling, mental health care, medical treatment, financial planning, or legal advice.

3. No Guarantees
Results vary based on client effort, external factors, and commitment. Coach does not guarantee:

• Financial success, career advancement, or relationship outcomes.

• Resolution of personal or professional challenges.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during intake.

• Take responsibility for your decisions and actions.

• Seek independent professional advice (medical, legal, financial) when needed.

• Disclose any conditions affecting your ability to participate in coaching.

5. Confidentiality
Coach respects client confidentiality under POPIA. Exceptions:

• Where required by South African law (e.g., court orders, prevention of harm).

• With your explicit written consent.

6. Payment & Cancellation

• Fees are quoted in ZAR and payable in advance.

• Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of session fees.

• No refunds for unused sessions in packages.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

• Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the service in question.

• Coach disclaims liability for actions taken based on coaching insights.

8. Intellectual Property
All content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Peter Kypri or used under license. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.

10. Amendments
Coach may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
